She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward M. Mahoney and Helen E. Mahoney of Ashland, Illinois.. She is survived by: her son Steve; her grandson Weston; her son Don (Kari); her grandchildren, Zachary, Alex and Halee; her brother Don Mahoney (Linda); and her nephews, Mark Mahoney (Grainne), Michael Mahoney (Becky) and Chad Mahoney (Jenny).
In remembrance of Betty's spirit and kindness, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Association in lieu of flowers.
