We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025, at the age of 65, Cathy Jo (Boyle) Smith of Apache Junction, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Cathy Jo may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cathy Jo touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Garrett Boyle and Jeanette Jo Boyle (Triepke); and her brother Gary Dean Boyle. She is survived by: her husband David Leroy Smith; her stepson Colin Smith (Jada) of Chandler; her brothers, Ronnie Boyle (Estrellita) of Fairbanks, Alaska, Randy Boyle (Peggy) of Glendale, Arizona, Leroy Boyle of Mesa, Arizona and Terry Boyle of Seattle, Washington; and her stepgrandchildren, Tabitha and William Naegele of Chandler, Arizona.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
