He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Miller; his daughter Michelle Hacker (Tim); his grandsons, Tyler Hacker (Paige Pittman) and Zachary Hacker; his great grandchild Ariana Hacker; his cousin Keith Miller (Shirley); his nephew Kurt Miller (Annette); his niece Yasmin Ali; his brother-in-law Dr. James Fitchie (Lisa); and his close friend George Montgomery.
