He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kosinski and Rose Kosinski (Addotta); his siblings, Jim Kosinski (Sandy) and Carol Clark; his parents-in-law, Jack and Theodora Freis; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Freis and Kathleen Freis.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Freis; his sons, Jason Kosinski and Justin Kosinski; his grandchildren, Kane and Emilia; his niece Mary Kosinski; his nephew Peter Kosinski; and his sister-in-law Jacque Swanson (Dale).
