He is survived by : his adoptive parent Wilmer (Adella Hulstein); his father Wilmer Hulstein; his sisters, Anne Gray (Scott) of Sioux Center and Jane Hulstein of Des Moines; his nephews, Dustin Vander Waal (Stacey), Derek Vander Waal of Ankeny, Sam Rieken of Carlisle and Alexander Gray; his niece Michaela Gray of Sioux Center; his great-nephew Mason Vander Waal; his great-nieces, Shaylee of Ankeny and Scarlet Vander Waal of Ankeny; his cousins, Denise Mc Laurin, Monica Fehrs, Michelle Hulstein, Rachel Lowe, Dan Juffer, Barb Dubbelde and Tim Juffer; and his aunts and uncles, Roland Hulstein of Wellesley, MA, Glen Hulstein of Sioux Center, Atty Boyd of Sioux Falls and Wilma Juffer of Sioux Center.
