It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Viola Dutchover Lambert of Apache Junction, Arizona, born in Marfa, Texas, who passed away on August 28, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sosa Dutchover and Anita R. Dutchover; and her brothers, Ted "Butch" Dutchover and Frank Edward Dutchover. She is survived by: her children, Michael Lambert, Erasmo V. Jimenez (Amy), Norma J. Medina (Ruben), Loretta A. Jimenez (Tiny), Veronica D. Munoz (Nelly), Zandra D. Munoz (Valentino) and Joy Smith; and her sisters, Conchita Noriega, Betty Santerbas, Anita Davis, Carol Reed (Billy) and Brenda F. Dutchover. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, her extended family members, friends.
After her retirement she continued to educate children and their families as a consultant for the Roosevelt School District Head Start, she worked there until 2020 when Covid19 closed down schools.
