Terry Illene (Reinheimer) Ross Obituary

Terry Illene Ross (Reinheimer), 75, of Arivaca, Arizona, passed on December 16, 2019. Terry was born to William Joseph Reinheimer and Alice Ruth Santee on February 18, 1944 in La Junta, Colorado. She graduated from La Junta High School in 1962 and later went on to receive a bachelors degree and a Juris Doctorate from University of Colorado, Boulder.

She leaves as her legacy her love for art of all kinds and a long career dedicated to helping families and children as an attorney in Denver, Colorado until her retirement to Arizona in 2014. While in Arizona, she spent her time creating art with friends and volunteering with Arivaca’s Human Resources and Artist’s Co-Op.

Anyone who knew her will remember her kindness, curiosity, her passion for justice and art, her quick wit and easy laugh. She also had a love of Basset Hounds and Diet Coke, and could never remember the words to any song but would sing anyway. She leaves behind many beloved family members, including Laura Bullock, Kevin Reynolds (Shaula), Hillary Ross (Tony), Zoe Bullock, Brett Reynolds, Derek Reynolds, Hannah Snowdall, Charlie Bullock, and James Rossiter, as well as her much-loved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Richard Dunshee, who is no doubt happy to be reunited with her so he can share with her his latest lawyer joke.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for February 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Park Hill United Methodist Church, 5209 Montview Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80207. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Arivaca Human Resources, 17252 W. 5th St., Arivaca, AZ 85601.
