He is survived by: his wife Stella Reyes; his children, José Reyes II, Monique Reyes and Jesse Higgins (Dustin); his grandchildren, Peyton and Harrison; and his sisters, Irene Martinez (Ismael), Sandra Reyes and Anna Reyes. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
