Susan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Susan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her father Richard "Dick" Martindale. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Lehman; her children, Michayla Nester (Christopher), Philip (Hannah Meijing), Samuel Lehman (Juliette) and Hannah Grace Olambiwonnu (Akinola); her grandson Isaac; her mother Madeline Martindale; and her siblings, Richard Martindale, Cathy Heppler (John) and Gary Martindale (Sandy). She is also survived by 7 nieces and, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Susan's memory, to Licking County Food Pantry (Newark, Ohio), Heartbeats (Newark, Ohio), The Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (Columbus, Ohio), and the Banner MD, Anderson Cancer Center (Gilbert, Arizona).
