He was predeceased by: his parents, William Warren Frey and Doreen Virginia Frey (Sanders); his wife Carol Ann Frey (Mezzone); and his son William Warren Frey III (Bill). He is survived by: his children, Lisa and James Frey; his grandchildren, Megan, Camille (Paul) and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Niko, Santino, Caroline James and Daniel Warren; his sister Margaret Ann Ridenour; and his nieces and nephews, Scott and Tracy.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (9925 W Thomas Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
