He was predeceased by: his mother Dr. Nancy B. Davis. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Earl (Carole) and Laura (Michael); and his grandchildren, Anna and Alex.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Richardson's Remembrance Center (725 E 4th St, Benson, AZ 85602).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave's name can be made to the Arizona Folklore Preserve.
