He was predeceased by : his grandsons, Brian Phillips and Billy B. Tarango. He is survived by : his wife Armida Phillips; his children, Pauline V. Pratt (Matthew Pratt), John W. Phillips and Venla I. Garcia (Billy Garcia); his grandchildren, Matthew C. Pratt, Nickolas Pratt, Dewayne Phillips, Ryan Tarango, Tony Ramirez and Jesse Ramirez; and his siblings, Conny DeSpain, Glenda Zamire and Jody C. Phillips.
