He was predeceased by : his son Cornelio Andres. He is survived by : his parents, Frank A. Chavez and Hope C Chavez; his former life partner Maria; his children, Keisha Danika (Guillermo Jimenez), Seth Cole and Aaliyah Chavez; his granddaughter Aubrey Nevaeh; and his siblings, Monica Chavez and Israel Chavez. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and Godchildren.
