He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Franklin and Pauline Franklin (Patterson). He is survived by: his wife Annette Ingman; his brother Ellis Franklin Jr.; his daughter Tiffany Johnson (Mike); his granddaughter Tabitha Johnson; and his son Andrew Franklin (Terese). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
