He is survived by : his wife Ethelyn Ruddell; his daughters, Jennifer Ruddell, Tara Finch (Mike), Benson and Candice Rogers (Keith); and his siblings, Ted Ruddell, Bobby Ruddell and Patti Padgett. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
