He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Hansen Kull and Gerald E. Kull. He is survived by: his wife Laura (Howard); his children, Gerald (Rachel), Melissa (Billy), Sarah and Renee; and his siblings, Larry Kull, Elizabeth (Beth) and Lopez (Jesus).
