Fortenberry and Mike Trevizo; his grandchildren, James Austen Fortenberry and Ashlyn Marie Fortenberry; his stepgrandchildren, Brook, Julia and Austin Trevizo; his great grandchild Mia Trevizo; and his sister Nancy Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
