He was predeceased by : his daughter Alicia Tellez; and his brother Alejandro Tellez. He is survived by : his parents, Manuel Juarez (Manuela Hernandez) and Sara Lopez Tellez of Bowie, AZ.; his wife Sherry; his children, Alimpia Tellez of Clovis, NM, Ysidro Tellez (Gabby) of Virginia Beach, VA, Ysidra Tellez (Tyler) and Brittany Pulcini of Portales, NM; and his siblings, Gloria Garcia (Manuel) of Tucson, Manuel Tellez III (Debra) of Tucson and Delia Guzman (Fernando) of San Simon. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
