He is survived by: his wife Mickey; and his children, Vicki Schindler (Greg), Ginger Cunningham (Jim), George Cooke, Troy Cooke (Elaine) and Tomi D. Cooke. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandsons; two great-granddaughters; and many nieces and nephews.
