He was predeceased by : his parents, Patrick Cody and Norberta Endfield Cody; and his brother Terrance Cody. He is survived by : his children, Tanner Ethelbah, Peyton Jane Cody of McNary, Arizona and Karlie Addison Cody of McNary, Arizona; and his sister Loribeth Cody of Whiteriver, Arizona.
