He is survived by his son, Michael Welty, brother Daniel Welty (Cindy), twin brothers, David and James Welty, nephews, David Welty (Tanya), Daniel Welty (Ember), Kevin Welty (Andrea), Kory Welty, (Milena) nieces Katie (Welty) Burdette (Austin), Kerri (Welty) Housley (Evan), Jennifer Welty, Jessica Welty and, many great nieces and nephews.
