She was predeceased by: her husband Del Dunlap; her granddaughter Krista Forney; her parents, Clifford Elliott and Wilda Elliott; her parents-in-law, Howard and Elsie Dunlap; her siblings, Edward Elliott, Dennis Elliott and Mary Jane Elliott; and her brother-in-law Thomas Sayers.
She is survived by: her daughter Karla Forney (Rick) of Buckeye, AZ; her granddaughter Michelle Ives (Matthew) of Surprise, AZ; her great grandchildren, Noah, Amelia and Benjamin Ives; her siblings, Clifford Elliott (Jane) of Amherst, OH and Jeanne Duerring (Tony) of Kennewick, WA; and her siblings-in-law, Darrell, Adele Dunlap of Litchfield, OH, Rita Sayers of Amherst, OH, Patricia Elliott of Norwalk, OH and Marsha Elliott of Gahanna, OH. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
