He was predeceased by: his children, Andrew Warren Jr. and Stephanie Marie. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lee Bennett; his children, Kelly Andrew, Pamela Ann and Lalena Loree; and his siblings, Lorelei, Bruce and David. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
