He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Harrah and Joy Harrah (McClanahan); his brother Mark; and his parent-in-law Terry Herzog. He is survived by: his wife Natalie Harrah (Herzog); his sons, Mike Harrah (Meghan) and Matt Harrah (Shelby); his siblings, Gary Harrah (Lori), Brenda Duffy (Tim), Kirby Harrah, Bonnie Coltharp (Scott) and Marlene Malone (Darren); his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Harrah, Tiffany Ordogne, Ashley Harrah (John Rodriguez), Anna Duffy, Chad Harrah, Derek Coltharp (Meaghan), Angela Suire (Shelby), Katie Coltharp, Amanda McKenzie (Dan), Ryan Malone, Nicole Malone, Hunter Herzog (Carolynne) and Luke Herzog; his mother-in-law Valerie Herzog; and his sibling-in-law Chris Herzog (Kim).
