He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Devellin and Irene E. Devellin (Abram). He is survived by: his siblings, Rae Ann Clark of Youngstown, Ohio, Ronald Devellin (Patty) of Canfield, Ohio, Katherine Wright of Youngstown, Ohio and Charles Devellin of Niceville, Florida.; his wife Debbie (Debbie); and his children, Raymond Devellin, Jr. (Kimberly) of Casa Grande, Arizona., Candace Marcum (Benjamin) of Casa Grande, Arizona. and Kenneth Devellin (Katie) of Casa Grande, Arizona.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the J. Warren Funeral Home Chapel (525 N Peart Rd, Casa Grande, AZ 85122). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85001).
