As Esther departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Esther may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Esther leaves behind.
She is survived by: her siblings, Porfirio Diaz, Juan F. Diaz, Maria, Socorro Ayala, Jose Diaz, Eva Aguilar, Gonzalo Diaz and Griselda Diaz; and her parents, Ernestina Diaz and Juan F. Diaz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Gabriel Catholic Church (32648 N Cave Creek Rd, Cave Creek, AZ 85331). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary (200 W Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027).
