He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Koltiska. He is survived by: his parents, Chad Bradford and Becky Bradford; his sisters, Katie Bradford, Maddie Bradford (Quaid) and Hailey Bradford (Landon); his nephew Bextin Duane Bradford; his niece Sutton Rae Simmons; and his grandparents, Robyn Koltiska, Rick and Denise Bradford. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
