He is survived by: his wife Claudette Colby; his children, D. Troy Colby (Tamara), Bryan Colby (Corrinna), Melissa Despain (Keate), Gary Colby (Nicole) and Melanie Deaton; and his sister Diane Holt. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
