He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sullivan and Mary Sullivan. He is survived by: his daughter Sheena; his wife Debbie; his brother-in-law Wes Richardson; his niece Sheena (Rusty Gaynes); his siblings, Tim (Sally), Joe, Shirley, Mary, Maggie and Terry; and his niece Jennifer Hislop.

In lieu of flowers and cards, if you would like to make a small donation to an Animal Rescue, Dennis would do cartwheels in Heaven.
