She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E Waggoner and Eleanor L Eddy Waggoner; her stepfather Leo Budke; and her stepbrother James Budke. She is survived by: her daughters, Keri Stoffel (Scott) of Chandler, AZ and Stacey Onnen (Don) of Scottsdale, AZ; her grandsons, Ryan Stoffel of Rio Rancho, NM, Jacob Oberan of Prescott, AZ and Zachary Oberan of Prescott, AZ; and her stepsisters, Marcia Reling of Salina, KS and Katie Budke of Overland Park, KS..
