He is survived by: his daughter Nikki Hettick (Aaron); his grandson Austin Davidson (Mikaela); his great grandchildren, Levi and Wesley Davidson; his siblings, Donna Owen Valenzuela (Gonzalo) and Gary Newton (Tracy); his niece Amy Milliron (Matthew); and his nephew Matthew Owen.
Due to Ed's love for the dogs he rescued over the years, in lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to charities that focus on rehoming, fostering, and caring for homeless animals.
