We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2022, at the age of 94, Franklin Raymond Forte in Chandler, Arizona, born in York, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Marie Kerr; and his son Frank Forte. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Forte Munoz and Julie Ann Forte; and his grandchildren, Kirsten, Laurel, Cassie and Alec. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

He was 94 years old when he contracted Covid and couldn't fight off the pneumonia.
