He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Dowling and Opal Dowling (Sanford); his siblings, Leroy Dowing, Terry Dowling and Nina Ann Harris; and his children, Carman O'Dell and Douglas Dowling.
He is survived by: his wife Debi Dowling; his children, Shelly Yingling (Mark) and Harrel Dowling; and his grandchildren, Tanya Harlow (Alex), Dusty Jones, Jerry Vance Jr. (Gretchen), Curtis Vance (Savannah), Christopher Vance (Candace), Selena Dowling and Mahrianna Mendoza. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Whitney & Murphy Bueler Mortuary (14 W Hulet Dr, Chandler, AZ 85225). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
