A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens (4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042).
