With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kay Haberichter of Chandler, Arizona, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 10, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kay Haberichter to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Murray and Clarice Murray (Barron); her husband Duane Haberichter; and her siblings, Jack, Jerry, Dorothy, Bill, Charlotte, Edward and Rex.
She is survived by: her daughters, Renee Sager (Kurt) of DeWitt, Denise Hudson (Jim) of Gilbert Arizona and Pam Blom (Mark) of Phoenix Arizona; her grandchildren, Eizabeth, Joseph, Gretchen Sager, Aaron Hudson, Ryan (Taylor) and Austin Blom (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Theodore, Lily and Julian (Blom); and her niece Carolyn Eichman (Dale).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bates Funeral Chapel (114 S 7th St, Oskaloosa, IA 52577). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Central United Methodist Church (201 N Market St, Oskaloosa, IA 52577). A burial was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Forest Cemetery (634 N 9th St, Oskaloosa, IA 52577).
