She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Gowdie and Nancy Gowdie; her husband Robert Lowe; her son Robert Jr.; and her siblings, Marie, Louise, Harvey, Ralph and Louis.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Lowe, Michael Lowe (Debbie), Ralph Lowe and Donna Lowe; and her sisters, Rosemarie Killion and Joanne Simmons. She is also survived by two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren.
