We are sad to announce that, on January 12, 2026, at the age of 61, Patrick Fleming of Chandler, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Patrick departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Patrick may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Patrick leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Fleming and June Fleming. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son Sean; and his grandchild Kelly.
