She was predeceased by : her grandmother Janice Crist. She is survived by : her husband Shawn Hoff; her son Dylan Mills of Chandler, AZ.; her mother Lori Jean Crist of Moorhead, MN; her foster fathers, Gregg Eberhart and Rick Eberhart; and her sisters, Jani Skala of Fargo, ND and Heidi Crist of Fargo, ND. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a Go Fund Me page created to help with financial burdens and to help with the cost of planned celebrations of Rachell's life.
