He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frank and Mary Franklin Noel; and his siblings, Kaye Barnett and Kenneth Noel. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hatch Noel; his children, Robert Bradley Noel (Paula), Lisa Bruno (Paul), Stan Noel (Amber), Dawnese Openshaw (Scott) and David Brent Noel (Kirs Klein); and his brother Ron Noel (Jan). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many beloved bonus grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
