He is survived by: his wife Tokiko Yamaya Uema; his sons, George Kagari Uema Uema (Jami Lynn (Zandron)) of Chandler, Arizona and Elbert Kiyoshi Uema Uema (Sue Carol (Gallie)) of Farmington Hills, Michigan; his granddaughter Elizabeth Emiko Moore (Jonathan Craig Moore); his great grandchildren, Ava, Brody, Kendall, Kaia and Macie; and his great great grandchild Selah.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Cadence Senior Living (100 W Queen Creek Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248).
