Garin; his wife Cheryl Garin; his daughter-in-law Shannon Sheets-Garin; his grandchildren, Brooke-Ann A. Garin (Nicky Thompson), Frank D. Garin Jr., Thomas McRae, Zackary Sheets and Jordan D. Garin; his great grandchild Jack Daniel Aden Sheets; and his siblings, Bruce Garin, Elisa Garin Riggs (Jim Riggs) and Linda Garin-Morkrid (Randy Morkrid). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
