He was predeceased by: his father Jack Joseph Kizzar; his daughter Mella June; and his siblings, Anne Perkins, Johonn, Michael, Dell and Leroy.

He is survived by: his mother Annie Ramona Kizzar (Witt); his wife Melva "Dawn" Crandall; his siblings, Chester, Charles and Carol Williams; the mother of his children Melva Dawn Crandell; and his children, Dawson, Timery, Morgan, Ryker, Stetson, Dwight, Whitney and Sidney. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid-19 health crisis that we are all experiencing across the nation, his family is planning a private burial and graveside service, beginning 12 Noon on Saturday, April 25, 2020, at the Clay Springs Cemetery.
