She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesus Carmelo and Maria Carmelo; her son Edward Quintero; her brother Jesus Jr. Carmelo; and her granddaughter Melissa Ayala.

She is survived by : her husband Johnny Quintero; and her children, Carmen Q. Arguelles of Coolidge, John C. Quintero of Mesa, Augustine Quintero of Marana, Rebecca Q. Rodriquez of Coolidge and Susana Taylor of Lakeside.
