He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil T. Allen-Smith and Hazel Allen-Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Miller, Cathy Barber, Jean LaBre, Lisa Hunter and Toby "Ted" Smith.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home (612 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144).
