He was predeceased by: his father Randall Lee Umpleby; and his siblings, Kathy Huffman and William Umpleby. He is survived by: his close friend Cyndi Barnes; his children, Mackenzie Lagios (Gage) and Colin (Sabrina); his mother Diane Dehlinger; his stepfather Ross Delinger; his grandson Easton; and his former wife Christine Hoffman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
