He is survived by: his parents, Joleen Gionet and Jason Perkins; his stepfather Jason Gionet; his siblings, Dylan Perkins, Nevaeh Gionet, Kylee Perkins and Addyson Gionet; his grandparents, Mike Conety and Fran Perkins; his uncle Nathan; his aunt Alli Perkins; his cousins, Kade and Karter Perkins; his aunt Kristin; his uncle Jimmy Brost; and his cousin Bailey Cunningham.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Heritage Casa Grande Funeral Home (1575 E Florence Blvd, Casa Grande, AZ 85122). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Eloy Memorial Park Cemetery (5839 E Milligan Rd, Eloy, AZ 85131).
