He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smith (Pat); his daughters, Kim (Keith Vogelsang) of Bloomington, Indiana, Kristin (Rick Dow) of Glendale, AZ and Kelly (Brian Gieselman) of Peoria, AZ; and his grandchildren, Mac, Ethan Vogelsang (Greta), Olivia, Owen Dow and Madelyn Nielsen.
