He is survived by: his parents, Maritza Andress and John Andress III; his children, John Louis V, Jezilyn and Jayleen; his brother Sebastian Andress; and his grandmothers, Ernestina Aleman and Mary Andress. He is also survived by nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
