He was predeceased by: his former wife Rachel Beltran; and his son Peter David Beltran (Celia). He is survived by: his wife Norma Beltran; his daughters, Alice Woolley, Barbara Bird (Dan), Connie Rodriguez (Henry) and Monica Lamparter (Keith); and his siblings, Lupe Prince and Manuel Granillo. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
