He was predeceased by: his father Clyde White; and his uncles, Brian Hagemann and A. James Otto (Carol). He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Otto Hagemann White; his daughter Shannen Mihalic (Mike); his granddaughters, Leia and Bailee Mihalic; his brother Ronald Hagemann (Julie); his niece Kirsten Hagemann; his nephews, Kyle Hagemann (Emily) and Kurtis Hagemann (Kallie); his uncle Larry Hagemann (Linda); and his aunt Amy Hagemann Karr.
